Following the rebirth of Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta, the iconic former host of the Skins Game recently unveiled a new signature restaurant: Kitchen Ten Eleven, an inviting hangout for Coachella Valley residents.
The contemporary, California-inspired restaurant features exceptional, made-from-scratch dishes served in a beautiful yet laid-back setting accented by midcentury modern design. Both the golf course and restaurant are open to the public and welcome everyone.
“Our goal was to capture the essence of La Quinta’s distinctive sense of place, but we don’t intend for it to seem vintage,” says Mark Reider, Board president of Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta. “Rather, we want it to feel timeless, approachable, and welcoming. We see Kitchen Ten Eleven as a comfortable, stylish neighborhood restaurant where the food is outstanding, the drinks are cold, and everyone has a great time. This is a great meeting spot.”
Refreshed seasonally, Kitchen Ten Eleven’s menu highlights signature dishes, including small-batch pizzas, the Millionaire Burger, and fish and chips, alongside seasonal selections that change often. The menu also features curated weekly specials, designed for both casual meals and memorable nights out.
The restaurant’s name, Kitchen Ten Eleven, honors the overwhelming support the Trilogy community gave to the rebirth of the golf club and restaurant. A total of 1,011 homes within the community voted in favor of the renovation, paving the way to restore Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta to its former glory.
Built on the bones of Trilogy at La Quinta’s former restaurant, the architectural changes couldn’t be more striking. The relocated entrance opens to a dynamic bar setting that flows seamlessly into the main dining space. A high-top community table attracts lively conversations and encourages neighbors to become friends. Exquisite hardwood millwork and vintage breeze-block accents enhance the restaurant’s relaxed, sophisticated ambiance. A three-sided fireplace and comfortable booths ringing the dining room floor create cozy spaces for more intimate gatherings and quiet conversations. The expanded patio features dramatic fabric shade sails and outstanding views of the golf course and nearby desert mountains, a welcoming environment for relaxing with friends after golf or at the end of the day.
