Born and raised in the desert, Dr. Nina Khanna Stevens is the daughter of two physicians at Eisenhower Medical Center. Growing up around medicine, she witnessed the profound impact her parents had on their patients — an example that shaped her own approach to care.
After earning her bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, Stevens received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, followed by a Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of the Pacific. With years of specialized orthodontic training and board certification by the American Board of Orthodontics, she felt the pull to return home to the desert that shaped her.
Today, her boutique orthodontic practice in Palm Desert blends modern techniques with a personal touch to create natural, confident smiles. “I’m deeply involved in every part of the process, from the first phone call to the moment a patient sees their new smile,” she says. “That transformation never loses its magic. Watching someone light up with confidence — that’s the heart of what I do.”

As her practice grows, so does her vision. Stevens is currently overseeing the renovation of a new office in Bermuda Dunes, which will soon become her practice’s permanent home — a modern, welcoming space designed to deliver elevated care to patients throughout the Coachella Valley.
