Lookin’ to get hitched by Elvis? You need not travel to Sin City to make it happen. Palm Springs Wedding Chapel is a one-stop-shop with a variety of same-day elopement and microwedding packages — an Elvis impersonator being one of them. The venue takes care of all marriage licenses, legal documentation, and filings, so the only thing you need to do is show up with your betrothed.

In addition to nuptials orchestrated by The King, the chapel is known for its trademarked Rainbow Weddings for same-sex couples. Rev. Lisa Phillian, owner of Palm Springs Wedding Chapel, cheekily shares, “If you can say ‘I do,’ we can marry you.”

The Elvis-themed ceremony, hosted by an experienced tribute artist who has been officiating for more than 10 years, weaves your favorite Elvis hits into a tasteful yet humorous ceremony where vows are crafted and sung to the melody of “The Wonder of You” and “Love Me Tender” and the final pronouncement reads, “By the power of Elvis I now pronounce you married.”

James Kruk, the chapel’s impersonator who works under the pseudonym “Not Elvis,” portrayed the rocker in a Broadway tour and in impersonator contests before getting into the marriage business. “Can you think of anyone more exciting to join you with your love than Elvis?” Kruk asks. “He’s the essence of fun!”

“It’s the glitzy, beautiful costumes with the spirit and fun of Las Vegas sweetened with more inclusive and loving Palm Springs overtones,” Phillian says. “Elvis and Priscilla honeymooned here, so Elvis’ connection to love, marriage, and elopement is directly tied to Palm Springs.”
