Brittany Hough

For Brittany Hough, that moment when everything comes together motivates her work in real estate. “I really love closing deals,” she says.

After a stint managing vacation rentals, Hough pivoted into residential and commercial real estate. Today, she is a licensed Realtor, transaction coordinator, and administrative assistant with The Bianco Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, where she keeps agents on track, ensures compliance, and leads deals to a smooth close. “The most satisfying thing is being part of a team and everyone working toward the same goal at the end of the day,” she says.

Hough credits her boss,  James Bianco, with opening the door to her career six years ago and encouraging her to become a transaction coordinator, currently a major part of  her business. She is also active with Los Compadres and the Palm Springs Woman’s Club, supporting fundraisers that provide scholarships for local high school students.

She assesses her progress by how far she’s come since those early days, a reminder that perseverance pays off and that every deal, no matter the size, is worth celebrating.
