Lisa Luna loves that her work touches guests’ lives in meaningful ways. “The most satisfying thing for me is being part of so many memories for people,” she says. As director of marketing for Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa, Luna promotes the resort as a hub for family vacations and memorable moments.

A desert native, she has watched the Greater Palm Springs hospitality scene transform alongside her own career. Before moving into hospitality, she worked in nonprofit PR and events, an experience that taught her the value of authentic connection and service. While working with Hyatt, she championed the Women@Hyatt program, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at properties across the region. She continues to prioritize uplifting those around her.

“I [want to] ensure that women are able to find their seat in the workplace,” she says. “Success means happiness, whatever that looks like in every aspect of  life.”
