Palm Springs Life accepted community nominations to select and spotlight 40 young citizens who exhibit exemplary leadership qualities and offer expert service to their respective career fields. Their efforts improve the Coachella Valley, earning them a spot on our 40 Under 40 list.
On Oct. 15, winners and their guests celebrated at Thompson Palm Springs at the 40 Under 40 reception, presented by Agua Caliente Casinos. A step-and-repeat and printed group photo available for signatures welcomed guests at entry.
Mezze platters and a vegan paella station provided flavorful bites throughout the evening. The dessert spread, crafted by Thompson’s pastry chef, Luna Barrios, featured cupcakes, macrons, small pies, and truffles.
Free-flowing cocktails courtesy San Pellegrino and beer from Palmia kept the night lively, while Acqua Panna water promoted hydration. Meanwhile, guests danced to DJ Sammy Bananaz, who spun beats for the main event and after-party at Lola Rose.
A pop-up boutique with clothing, footwear, handbags, and accessories from French designer Isabel Marant, courtesy Desert Hills Premium Outlets, gave guests a unique shopping experience.
California Bank & Trust supplied complementary on-site professional portrait photography services, reinforcing the event’s professional roots.
Agua Caliente Casinos hosted a contest to win a local luxury package including dinner for two at The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage and a $400 gift card to Sunstone Spa.
