In 2024, construction began on DSRT Surf, a next-generation surf park poised to open in 2026 adjacent to Desert Willow. Part resort, part outdoor playground, the project centers around a 5-acre surf lagoon powered by Wavegarden Cove technology, delivering ocean-like waves for surfers of all levels — with net-zero water use. Plans also include a 92-key boutique hotel and 57 high-end detached residential villas.
